Flickering ray of Hope amidst SARS-CoV-2

With the whole world in the clutches of Severe acute respiratory syndrome #coronavirus 2(#SARS-CoV-2), previously known by the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV). The ray of hope is diminishing everyday as the number of active cases is about to reach half a million any time soon. In these desperate times one would start feeling low, loss of hope and loneliness which comes with self quarantine. These are the times when we need to find ourselves to keep healthy, motivated and fill our heart with hopes of a beautiful tomorrow. Sharing some of my personal tips to fuel the light of hope and faith in current times.

Meditation

Mediation is best practice to keep your mind, body and soul to keep strong even in wavering times. There are various thoughts of school when it comes to meditation, all of them will bring you more closer to nothingness which will be ultimately bring you closer to yourself. Take this time to explore yourself with meditation. There are plenty of videos available on internet including guided session of meditation if one needs it.

Healthy food

Since across the world there have been plenty of lock-downs, it is important to focus on what you eat. One must add fruits and vegetables avoid all the canned foods (consume only in case food supplies are limited). Clean all the food items thoroughly before storing or consuming them. Cook properly all the meat items, try to avoid them as much as possible.

#Netflix and Chill

With the #infodemic spreading wrong/false news around us and making us scared, it is good to watch some light-headed content on some streaming platforms or cable rather than only worrying about the outcome of #COVID19 outbreak. One should also listen to motivational speakers like Priya Kumar, Less Brown and Tony Robbins.

Learn something new

Learning new stuff like a new language, DIY stuff, life hack, subject or software always amuses me and I believe one should keep on enhancing their skills. There are plenty of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platforms providing certifications in technical, managerial and entrepreneurial courses.

Conclusion

There are much to do even when you are working from home or under self quarantine. The most important thing is to stay home and not to venture out just for fun. By staying in home we can break the chain and help in saving lives.

Good luck and stay safe..!!
